Membership Agreement

You may create a free sqtr account with no monthly fee. You do not need a card until you book. Pay-per-use is the current plan: you pay the visit price shown when you book a gym. Payment is authorized when you request a slot and charged only if the host confirms.

Free accounts have no recurring charge. Visit fees are charged only when a booking is confirmed. A monthly Premium membership may be offered in the future; it is not available for new purchase today. If we offer it again, the price and benefits will be shown before you subscribe. If you already have an active Premium membership, it continues under the terms that applied when you subscribed (or as we notify you of material changes).

Paid monthly memberships, if and when offered, continue month to month and renew automatically until you cancel. Starting such a plan authorizes recurring charges until cancellation. Premium is not currently offered for new purchase. Existing Premium members remain on automatic renewal until they cancel.

You may cancel anytime from your account. Cancellation stops future membership billing; monthly dues already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. Access continues through the end of the paid period. Pay-per-use authorizations are released or refunded if the host declines the booking.

Physical exercise and the use of gym facilities and equipment — including independent, home, and garage gyms listed on sqtr — involve inherent risks of injury, death, or property damage. You voluntarily assume all such risks and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, release and hold harmless sqtr, its hosts, and affiliates from any claims for injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the platform or any listed gym, except to the extent caused by sqtr's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

You agree to treat hosts, their property, and other members with respect, to follow each gym's posted rules and access instructions, and to leave spaces as you found them. You will not share access codes or bring unbooked guests.
